If I wanted to multiclass between Mystic and Instinctual Biohacker, what would be the best "split" in terms of levels?

Second Seekers (Luwazi Elsebo)

There's a pretty compelling argument to be made for just a 1 level dip in Biohacker: you get a lot from that 1 dip. A daily allotment of biohacks, ability to inject allies at range without attack rolls, and that sweet juicy "use Wis intead of Int for Life Science, Medicine, and Physical Science" scientific method. If there's a specific Theorem you want, then take a 2nd level in Biohacker.

Of course it depends on what you want your character to be, but Biohacker 1 / Mystic [Everything Else] looks pretty great.

...heck, Biohacker 1 / Literally Any Other Class Except Maybe Operative [Everything Else] looks pretty great :D

There's also the Geneturge Mystic 1/Biohacker [Everything Else] which lets you automatically Take 10 on one intelligence-based skill (though it doesn't say you have to use your intelligence bonus, so go nuts with your wisdom bonus on that skill).

This nets you some healing spells, the ability to use spell gems, and keeps your attack bonus up with injection weapons.

I honestly think that Biohacker 1 is usually all you need for a utility/skills character, but if shooting/jabbing stuff is your main jam, Injection Expert is what you want to level, especially with Versatile Weapon Focus.

If you're not using your intelligence bonus then it is no longer an intelligence based skill, by definition. On the other hand it lets that combo work with say, sense motive or perception for an int based biohacker.

Biohacker 1 and biohacker 2 are really good dips. Biohacker 2 gets you +2 to hit (bab and injection weapon) as well as a theorem. medication mastery basically doubles your biohacks (but as a dip can eventually be replaced with a reasonable amount of cash)

Biohacker DOES dip very well with operative. Int is the second most important stat on most operatives, and sending every skill except surivival through the roof by going from your dump stat to your secondary is a big bonus. You lose one bab , but you gain +2 to hit on your second shot, even if you discount the fact that your shot can drop someone's AC by four points between the flat footing and the biohacking.
