The Figment familiar archetype states that when the familiar dies, he returns with 1 hp after the master next wakes up, but also states that when the master is knocked unconcious, sleeps, strays too far from familiar, or the familiar enters an antimagic field, the familiar disappears.
The question is, when this happens, how much HP does the familiar return with the next time the master wakes up?
I would say it just returns with how much hp that it disappeared with.
Agreed. I'd it didn't die, it comes back in the same state of health.
So here's my question...
If the figment disappears when the master falls asleep, how does the figment regain HP due to rest?
An excellent question. In line with the idea behind the archetype, I'd say it's thematically appropriate that it heals when it's master does from resting, sense it's back in the master's head.
That's just my house rule for it though.
