Captivator Dedication should be level 2?

Rules Discussion

I've found this funny Dedication that would be awesome on my Rogue. But I realize there's what seems to be a mistake. The Dedication is a level 4 feat, which is unusual but not an error per se. But the Basic Captivator Spellcasting feat is also level 4, which seems improbable as you can't take it at level 4 without any optional rule like Free Archetype.
So, is the Dedication supposed to be level 2 like most Dedications or is it the Basic Captivator Spellcasting which should be level 6? Or are both feats supposed to be level 4, taking the Free Archetype optional rule into account?

Current response from Paizo devs is that it's incorrect, indeed - though we're not clear, as consumers, whether it's supposed to be level 4 and the Basic Casting is too low, or if the dedication is supposed to be 2.

It looks too similar to Ghost Hunter archetype with Spirit Spells to be a coincidence. I would go with houseruling the Dedication down to level 2 until we get official errata.

Do you happen to have a source for that?

EDIT: I also added some more captivator weirdness to the Lost Omens FAQ topic about three weeks ago.
