Hi everyone, first post here.
So... i'm currently building a Tyrant antipaladin of Zon kuthon, that intimidates and trips everything alive, In the process some questions came up.
Do the effects from the Greater trip feat and the Rending trip (ex) "Class feature" (Sentinel Divine boon 2) stack? as in having the possibility to make 2 AoO, as long as you have combat reflexes. If i'm not reading it wrong, "Greater trip" makes the tripped enemy provoke to everyone (that can make an AoO around him), while "Rending trip" only makes him provoke to you.
For the intimidation part of the build, are there any synergies between trip and intimidate? Or is my best bet going for Power attack + Felling smash + Cornugon smash?. I Was thinking of going Sentinel, but might end up going fighter (maybe Viking) and picking Diverse obedience at 9th, because of feat reqs.

you probably want the Advice Forum for a particular build.
In the Rules Forum it is generally about the worthyness/legality or explanation of the Rules as Written(RAW).
Feat Chain: Combat Expertise, Improved Trip, Greater Trip{BAB+6, INT:13+}
Sentinel Prestige Class with a bonus feat at 2nd.
Zon-Kuthon Deific Obedience Details where under Sentinel the Rending Trip(Ex) shows up. whew...
so the answer is yes it does stack but not in the way you probably think AND the Spiked Chain may not be what you expect (thinking DnD 3.5).
"When you successfully trip an opponent using a spiked chain, your tripped opponent immediately provokes an attack of opportunity from you. In addition, you gain a +2 bonus on any attacks of opportunity you make against opponents you have tripped with a spiked chain within the last round." So there are a few conditions; the opponent has to be already tripped normally THEN you get a bonus AND you have to have the DEX to support multiple trip attempts AND you can only make ONE AoO per combatant. So it's not gonna iteratively apply more than once on a single target within a round, but hey, +2 is +2 (untyped) on AoO only. If you trip several opponents using AoOs (with the spiked chain) then the lingering +2 will apply on AoOs against them on the succeeding round (hand them little black tokens which you collect the next round).
I'll note that flying and several other creatures cannot be normally tripped.

Note that a guy being tripped generates only one AoO (from each opponent), regardless of how many feats/abilities or whatever are triggered by the trip.
The key part is how many actions/events that trigger an AoO happen, not how many abilities are triggered by a single event.
Both the feat and the ability say: " Whenever you successfully trip an opponent, ..." and that is the triggering event.
