Momentum Vanguard Aspect Embodiement stacks w / Charge?

Rules Questions

Hey rules forum!
I'm making my first Vanguard and wanted to confirm my understanding of two abilities.

Entropic Pool states I can gain an entropy point in a few ways, one being this:

If you take a full action to charge, you gain 1 EP.

At level 4 of Momentum Aspect I gain the following additional trigger:

Once per combat, when you move a distance greater than your normal speed in one turn (using multiple move actions, the run full action, or a bonus to speed that allows you to move beyond your normal maximum), you can gain 1 Entropy Point without taking any additional action.

And I correct in assuming this means as long as I charge at least 35' or more I can gain two EP off the same full action?

Seems legit to me.

As long as your speed is 30ft, yes, I think it does work that way. Had another quick read and nothing says you can't gain more then 1 from an action. it would be the same as being critted for over twice your level, you gain 1 for the amount of damage taken and one for being critted.

I agree, you can gain multiple from the same action as long as multiple gain EP triggers happen.

Thanks everyone! I agree that the RAW seemed to say it, but I just wanted to get a second opinion before I got into game with it :)

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Or even better

Combat starts, gain 1 EP

Spend one EP to gain+10 movement

Move 40 feet... faster thanyour normal 30

Gain 1 entropy point.
