Uvoko, where can I get more info?

Got a player worshipping this God but can find nothing about him.

Player says he's dragon based but alls I find is nature God type stuff. Any help is appreciated.

Uvoko is a new god first featured in Lost Omens: the Mwangi Expanse.

He is draconic in that, that he himself is a dragon(specifically connected to cloud dragons) but his portfolio is based more on the sky nature and freedom.

He has a one page writeup in Lost Omens: Mwangi. He's a relatively shy and inexperienced god, and his followers are mostly about encouraging personal growth and change, and ensuring others are free to do so.
