So, this seems like something a summoner might pull off.
3d maneuvering gear and dual weilding, would be nice but extra.

Attack on Titan isn't one specific character, it's everything in the show.
You mention summoner, which makes me think you want to summon titans. But then you talk about the weapons and gear that the people use, which is a completely different direction.
You need to be more specific about what you'd like the character to do.
