How would you build Seltyiel?

If one wanted to play as the iconic magus that's in all the art how would you build him? I can't tell if his little fire bird is a visual effect for his fire spells or if he has a familiar. I guess he'd be laughing shadow hybrid study? I don't know a lot about him, but I'd like to make a character like him.

I think pregens exist for all of the iconics, although I'm not sure where they are located.

He might not be released yet. I dunno how quickly they release pregens of new classes. And I'm too lazy to go download the pregens and comb through the files for him.

Laughing shadow should be correct
afaik he has no familiar, is LE and follower of Asmodeus, so he is probably a fan of firemagic

Laughing Shadow with a scimitar, seemingly using Produce Flame a lot along with Vampiric Touch / Exanguination (judging by the art we saw)

I wonder if the spell he is using on the cover of Secrets of Magic is Produce Flame… thought it would be Fire Serpent, but it wasn’t on the book
