The boon to start a character at second level (Experienced Adventurer) had the character start at 12 rep for their chosen faction.
That is not represented in the reputation for the session online. How does a player report or denote online the gain of 12 reputation.
Also, I have a credit that was played for no credit (a "replay" to make a table) They got the bonus rep for the faction, which my character is still getting. How do I place a no credit tag on her so the other still get the bonus faction rep while she does not?

There's a level 2/3 adjustment scenario (for pfs2), not sure if SFS has it.
Report against GM 999 to avoid messing up your table counts, etc.
There was a bug that capped at 8 rep, so you might need to report a couple of times.

It is available for both PFS Second edition and Starfinder society reporting.
SFS Adjustment: Boon for 2/3 Level Start Characters
PFS (2e) Adjustment: Boon for 2/3 Level
I have used the SFS one to give the bonus rep from #2-07 Four for the First.
I believe the bug with capping at 8 rep has been fixed.

Its not a boon you purchase, its a fake scenario that gets reported, just like a regular scenario. (GM/Event Coordinator tab).
Ask your local/online VO to help you if you don't normally report events.

Oh, the Scenario is named "PFS (2e) Adjustment: Boon for 2/3 Level Start Characters" (or "SFS Adjustment: Boon for 2/3 Level Start Characters"). Thank you. The word "Boon" was throwing me off.
It's important not to keep these things secret, or for only people "in the know". That's the sort of bureaucracy and red tape that frustrates a lot of people.
