In the starship operations manual in the starship weapons it has ramming special property weapons. My question would a vessel that has both a ram weapon, say a minor ramming prow, as well as a hull blade type weapon, say a light-blade hull, both on the front quadrant, would the damages be combined? dealt individually?, only one applies? if so which one?

The pilot makes a gunnery check with the ram weapon.
And the gunner makes a gunnery check with the 1 hex range weapon.
They are separate attacks and resolved separately.
Are these attacks resolved in the Gunnery Phase? It seems odd to me that ramming damage could potentially take place before the other ship has even had an opportunity to move - especially since that would mean the higher piloting check cant avoid being rammed?

From the ram property: "If a ship with a ramming weapon ends its movement adjacent to an enemy ship in its forward arc and the enemy ship has already moved during this helm phase, it can attempt to ram that ship."
You can't ram a ship that has not already moved this turn.
Thank you! :)
