Absence of some Demonlords in 2e

Pathfinder Second Edition General Discussion

Hello there again!
So, we and my friends can't find some Demonlords and other demigods in 2e-supplement "Gods and Magic". I'm talking about Socothbenoth, Shivaska, Andirifkhu etc.
So, do you plan to add them in future books? Should we consider them canonical?

They are probably still Canon, its just that they only had so much space. A lot of empyreal lords are missing as well.

I believe Shivaska has been mentioned in some of the web fiction, even, so definitely still canon.
There's only so much page space so not every single lesser deity can be included. I would not be surprised if more problematic demon lords (from a sensitivity and inclusion standpoint) are simply not decanonized via lack of printing, though.

They're still there. We just didn't have room to put them all into the books; we had to pick and choose who to include in previous books. As we do more books where it makes sense to bring more forward, we'll do so.

None of the demon lords are too "problematic" to include, although some of them we'd take steps to include content warnings for and would make sure that the way we present their lore is "about depravity" rather than "depraved."

Hey, thank you for quick answer, you are the best

Welp, understandable
