I'm not sure what I did, or if the website is just acting up, but I can't make any payments. I tried to purchase a pathfinder scenerio (still in my cart), and it declined my credit card. Thought that was weird, but whatever, I entered in my debit card instead, it didn't decline me this time but instead asked me for the 3 numbers on the back of the card. I enter the numbers and click continue and nothing happens. I get the little spiny loading wheel, and it eventually goes away, but it doesn't progress me to the next screen.
I've tried clearing my cache/history/cookies and trying again but no luck. I'm concerned because I also have an Adventure Path getting charged soon (possibly today?) and don't want this to be delayed because the website doesn't want to take my money.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I took a look at the order and it looks like it was unable to submit because your card was declined due to it not passing the verification system check. This indicates that there is a discrepancy between the information entered for the card on Paizo.com and the information your bank has on file for the card. Please ensure that all the information entered for the payment method (card number, billing address, CVN, etc) is accurate and then try to submit the order again. If you believe that all your information is correct you will need to contact the issuing bank and let them know what is occurring.

Hi Logan, the information should indeed be correct for my credit card(My subscriptions used this card last month with no problem).
However this doesn't address the second concern of my debit card. It wasn't declined, but I can't get past the CVV screen. Sounds like Aeshuura is also having this issue.

I was able to get past the CVV screen! So I don't know why my credit card isn't working on the website, but at least my debit card is. I switched the payment method for my subscriptions to that. Hopefully that doesn't impact the shipping of order 36607990?
Our apologies! We have identified the issue that was happening and it should now be resolved and you shouldn't have any more issues with your transactions/checking out and as for the shipping cost on order # 36607990, we noticed this happening on some orders and our team is currently working to resolve this issue before the orders are shipped. But you shouldn't have any issues with the payment method being declined :)
