We Be Goblins Campaign

I'm taking over the GM chair for my group soon and I'd like to run We Be Goblins as a mini campaign. (B4, Be, Too, Free, 5uper) Has anyone had success doing this? Any advice or pitfalls to avoid? I plan on avoiding having the Licktoad tribe being destroyed while the PCs are out of town and instead having the Birdmunchers beg for help. I'd also like to expand a few things, like capturing Scribbles and his banishment.

Finally, I'd like to add an adventure after 5uper so the players can get home. Any advice on adventuring in the Astral Plane? Are there any scenarios/modules/adventures that take place there? The only thing I could find was Dead Gods.

Download and Read the scenarios. There are some game artifacts you might want, like Squealy Nord(pig), soul frog/toad, etc. I think they are in the PFS parts of the adventures so make sure to read over the certificates.

Have the PCs create goblins using point buy rules and standard classes, feats, etc (I'd use PFS rules as a core ruleset and then GM decision from there as they modify/ban a lot of problematic rules).
Run your PC group through the customized scenarios. You may need to tweak the CR or add an encounter or two. The scenarios are designed to be easy and quick.
There are extra-planar scenarios in the Organized Play scenarios and they encompass mostly levels 1-12. see year 8, 9, & 10. The HaoJin Tapestry(demiplane) connects to the astral plane (10-00,11,15,20). The Blakros Museum is known to connect to the plane of shadows amongst others...

I've only played one of these adventures (many, many, many years ago) but I'm under the impression that a high casualty rate is kinda expected, which would probably make building a campaign kinda difficult.
