Really looking forward to the avalanche of books being released tomorrow and was just wondering when they usually become available.

For PDF purchases, they become available at midnight Pacific time (though some exceptions were made in the past, mostly for major GenCon releases, but we all know what happened to those in recent times).
Though if they're particularly desired and there's high traffic, Paizo servers might end up a bit overloaded, and with nobody around to solve whatever technical issues crop up on the back-end until they're at work in the morning.
As for physical purchases... *shrug* I'm not in the audience that buys anything physical, I wouldn't know.
