Hi, I'm a module author for Foundry VTT. I've done a couple projects converting items, feats, gods, some rules, statblocks and such to be available in the software for groups, using both OGL and Community Use.
Seeing as Paizo seems to have no intention to add 1e content to Foundry VTT, I'm working on converting several of the Pathfinder rulebooks (Ultimate Campaign, Gamemastery Guide, Core Rulebook, etc.) to be entirely contained within journal entries available in-game, in a similar style to how they are available in Fantasy Grounds as Reference Manuals.
The module would include, more-or-less, the entirety of the text contained in the books, with images removed (aside from the cover art which is usable as stated in the CUP). And I've already registered my projects under CUP on here.
I've read through the OGL and Community Use text multiple times, and I think all of this would be acceptable, I just would like some additional confirmation that basically recreating and redistributing the Pathfinder RPG Rule books within Foundry VTT would fall under OGL and CUP.
If not, how might I go about getting permission?

Hi. You will not be given express permission. The official answer is: read the CUP, OGL, and Compatibility licenses, contact your legal counsel if needed, and make your own decision. If you have read through the OGL and CUP and are confident your project is allowable, then you may choose to proceed. The CUP exists in part so Paizo Staff does not need to take time to offer additional confirmation for which they will not be compensated.
Thank you for being an active member of the Pathfinder Community.
