I heard something about the Archmage over at 3.5 Private Sanctuary

Yeah I read it over there too they are saying all the class abilities of the Archmage that were not in Pathfinder yet were coming back as feats

I think the phrase was something like "just about all" - so most of the abilities.

I have some announcements:

The next AP after "Serpent's Skull" will be "Carrion Crown" set in Ustalav and will feature the Whispering Way and all the classic horror monsters. Authors for the series include Wes Schneider, Jason Bulmahn, Tim Hitchcock, Greg A Vaughan, and Michael Kortes. Wes will also be writing all the Pathfinder's Journal fiction in the series.

Two additional novels have been announced in today's fiction seminar, including "Plague of Shadows" by Howard Andrew Jones, set in Galt, and "The Worldwound Gambit" by Robin Laws, about a group of conmen in the Worldwound. The title of Robin's Pathfinder's Journal series which will show up in "Serpent's Skull" is "Plague of Light" about a group of adventurer's who get together to lead an expedition into the jungle to sacrifice a child to a god. The next web fiction story after "The Lost Pathfinder" is similar to "Enemy Mine" about a Hellknight and an Eagle Knight during the Goblinblood Wars, written by Richard Ford. Reaper will also be releasing a special limited edition Varian Jeggare miniature at GenCon to commemorate the release of "Prince of Wolves."

I think there were more, but that's what I remember off the top of my head.

Paizo, it's a horror AP. You need Sir Pett on this one. Pleeeeaaase !

Verdant Wheel

Ok. Let´s think about it.

2007 Ago-Jan : Rise of the Runelords > Desna + Lamashtu
2008 Fev-Jul : Curse of the Crimson Throne > Abadar + Zon-Kuthon
2008 Ago-Jan : Second Darkness > Cayden Cailean + Calistria
2009 Fev-Jul : Legacy of Fire > Sarenrae + Rovagug
2009 Ago-Jan : Concil of Thieves > Iomedeae + Asmodeus
2010 Fev-Jul : Kingmaker > Erastil + Gorum
2010 Ago-Jan : Serpent´s Skull > Gozreh + Nethys
2011 Fev-Jul : Carrion Crown > ?
2011 Ago-Jan : ? > ?
2012 Fev-Jul : ? > ?
2012 Ago-Dez : ? > ? (World´s End before AP end)

The only missing gods are : Irori, Norgorber, Pharasma, Shelyn, Torag and Urganthoa.

I bet Carrion Crown will feature Pharasma and Urganthoa. And after that we will have an Oriental AP for Irori + Norgorber and the last we somehow will have Torag and Shelyn.

I wonder if they have any rage powers for dwarves that improve perception checks, perhaps called Beer Googles or alternatively "Ale Be Seeing Ya"

Anyone take video of the review??????

Summoners can no longer have their eidolons and use their summon monster class ability at the same time. They can dismiss and recall their eidolon at any time, however, so they can swap them out.

I would have liked to gone but could only afford Gen-con this year. At least I will be able to go for the full 4 days this time.

Any changes to the Witch?

Witches familiars and the spells they got that were based on those familiars have been seperated. Now familiars are simply conduits to a "patron", and you can choose any combo of familiars and patrons. Its supposed to give witches more freedom.

Everything from the APG Preview should be posting on youtube, as the Paizo Staff have decided that everyone should see the preview.

Was able to video the presentation at the banquet, but the hotel network was totally foul for uploads, so I will be uploading the video taken of the speeches and presentation at the banquet once I get home tonite (tomorrow at the latest).

Then all of you can listen to the 1 hour 12 minutes of speeches/presentation yourself!!

:)

It seems differnet from the sample character(Balazar) of Master of the fallen Fortress. Does that mean Balazar is using Beta rule instead of true APG rule?

Apparently the sample characters use the beta

Where did you get the information on the Summoner and the witch?

I would be happy If you could add a link.

Apparently the Master of the Fallen Fortress mod was sent to the printer months before the APG was finalized. It is highly likely the final ruleset was not used to created the pre-gens for that module.

Yeah, it was mostly the Bulmahn talking, not that he makes it official or anything :P

So no, I have no link.

I suppose you could link him to the APG. Of course, since he can't actually look inside it until August...

Lets hope we get small spoilers once a week in the Blog. When I use to play CCGs the weeks leading up to the release and they would show like 1 card every week would have you back chompin at the bit and in that huge of a book they could put little spoilers all the time and wouldnt spoil the book.

No worries, in the coming weeks, leading up to GenCon, there will be plenty of spoilers in the blog.
