Hi guys,
this is about the Chronicler of Worlds: An int based bard.
It will be a character for PFS.
1. Do you know of any builds that make sense?
2. Do you see any synergies with linguistics? My google found some ideas around the ORATOR feat but I want to take the STUDENT OF PHILOSOPHY trait.
3. Which archetype would you combine with Chronicler of Worlds?
4. I want fencing grace I think. Do you think I should dip one level into Inspired Blade Swashbuckler or just go straight Bard and take fencing grace via feats?

1. Same as any other Bard, really. The archetype doesn't actually change much apart from skills (and flavor).
2. The synergy would be between the feat and the archetype, not the archetype and the skill. There is indeed synergy, because you will max Linguistics (as it's the build-in replacement for Versatile Performance), but I don't think the feat is any good regardless. Remember that Scrivener’s Versatility makes the selected skill int-based in practise.
3. Studious Librarian fits well in both theme and mechanics. You don't need a second archetype, though.
4. I'd go straight Bard, as the class has so many stuff that progresses with class level. If you want to save a feat (and want to get it going early) you could use Dervish Dance instead.
Other traits that make a skill int-based:
Pragmatic Activator UMD
Bruising Intellect Intimidate
Cunning Liar Bluff
Clever Wordplay any cha-based skill

Good int-based builds for anything but spellcasting are actually harder than good cha-based ones, cha has more support for whatever reason. Now that the dirty fighting feat exists there's few decent feats for which having a decent int matters.
Moonlight stalker may be an option as a feat, or butterfly's sting as an alternative to making your damage worthwhile. You could get spell specialization easier than many bards. The versatile spontaneity feat works for you if you can get a spellbook. Brilliant planner is a feat you might like once you get a handy haversack. You're going to have a lot of skill points so you can afford to pick up some less commonly used skills (e.g. sleight of hand).
Flame dancer, speaker of the Palatine Eye and sound striker are compatible bard archetypes with CoW. Flame dancer might help if you go for moonlight stalker, the others may be interesting but lack obvious synergy.
