Hi Customer Service,

June has been a month full of unexpected expenses. Can I suspend my subs until July 1st?

Of course! I assume you'd like to suspend your pending sub order until then, as well? Or would you like that order cancelled and just resume your subscriptions in July?

Great! I've suspended your order until July 1st, 2021 (should reinstate automatically) and suspended your subscriptions, as well. I don't have a way to have it automatically unsuspend the subs on a certain date like I do with orders, so either reply here or send us an email when you'd like then reinstated!

Not sure if this is helpful info, but under my order history it still shows my order as being suspended. Maybe that takes a minute to change though? Thanks again!
