Does the Primal bloodline still apply to an Ifrits Fire Affinity
Ifrit sorcerers with the elemental (fire) bloodline treat their Charisma score as 2 points higher for all sorcerer spells and class abilities. Ifrit spellcasters with the Fire domain use their domain powers and spells at +1 caster level.
Associated Bloodline: Elemental.
Assuming that the particular elemental bloodline you're using is fire, I think so.

Bloodline Arcana
Whenever you cast a spell with an energy descriptor that matches your elemental bloodline’s energy type, that spell deals +1 point of damage per die rolled.
This ability replaces the Elemental Bloodline Arcana.
The mutated bloodline changes the basic bloodline, but it is still that bloodline. So Fire affinity should work normally.
