Disclaimer: I know it would likely be underpowered compared to many other builds.
Basically I want some sort of inspiring, battlefield tactician who is able to support his allies through his wits and power of will, but not be able to do so through direct magic. I don't want him to be dishing out much damage personally, so he'd have 10ish in physical stats. Something like 10/10/10/16/10/16.
If there is absolutely nothing that is half-decent, then I could compromise with a Alchemist/Investigator who has high Int+Cha, but I would need a way to make Cha work there. Ultimately the idea is for the character to be a support.
My ideas so far:
Investigator (or Alchemist) + VMC Bard
Vanguard Slayer 9 / Cavalier 1 / VMC Bard / Battle Herald 10
Something like this.
I don't want to be using any worship desna throwing star shenanigans either. Just be a good support for the team.

Maybe a helpful halfling build? Though I think that is more focused on Dex for AoOs to use for Bodyguard/etc. Also, I think they typically go with some sort of bard for inspire courage.
Basically, it optimizes aid another for some crazy numbers. Like, buff the a couple allies a round with over 10 ac/attack/damage/etc.

Yeah Helpful Halfling, maybe an EXEMPLAR BRAWLER (cross between a Bard and a Cavalier ... and a little Brawler) who takes feats like Swift Aid, Bodyguard, BLUNDERING DEFENSE and LUCKY HALFLING.
I think that could be fun. It doesn't use your INT so much, but you can roleplay that part.

If you want a non-spellcasting investigator who uses Cha then there's the sleuth archetype. Int for inspiration, Cha for the luck pool. The artful dodge feat lets you use Int for Dex prereqs. Maybe a dip into siege gunner gunslinger to get an Int-based grit pool which adds to the luck pool directly, and get redirected shot to aid your allies missile fire.
