Aphorite Boon

I have a player that wants to get a boon to play as an Aphorite. He's contacted me and I have no clue what to tell him.

He has tried to buy the boon and keeps getting a message, "That character does not meet the requirements for that boon." I tried to buy it for a character as well and I get the same message.

Anyone have any idea why this is?

There is not special requirements for the boon other than having the ACP Points. Does the player have 80 ACP points.

Assuming they do, the website can be a little tricky for some unknown reason. what I do is load the boon page then reload the page again. If you look closely, you will see the order change.

At the top of the page there will be a box titled Purchase for Character and then a drop down to select a character. The character has be created on the Paizo. If it is not created yet, you can't purchase.

After selecting the character, scroll down to the Aphorite Heritage and click on purchase. You will get a message that it has been purchased.

Now scroll to the bottom of the boon page where you will see the character name and the boon next to it. You print the boon and put it as the first boon for the character.

I thought that they (thought) they fixed the reordering of the boons.

If they didn't they need to know it's still reordering.

Gary, both of us have more than 100 ACP, so it can't be a lack of points. We've tried refreshing. We know the character must be selected. I've purchased several boons in the past, so (with all due respect) it's not a lack of "how to..."

It is entirely possible the boon is broken. I would contact the org play email and ask.

Was just trying to help Travis.

Didn't mean to imply you didn't understand the process. I was giving an example of what I did, which appears to be the same as you.

I was offering the best advise I could given the limited amount of information provided.

Handled this over email, but it looks like there was an error in the way I built the boon. It should be fixed now, thanks for letting me know!
