Dear Friends
Irmão creatina a Swarm monge druid, with a scarlet spider as familiar. I have a doubt about the fecund familiar power that transform my familiar into a swarm of his type, and the pestilent feat. The pestilent benefits of bonuses in attack rolls and damage trigger with the disease cause by the scarlet spider attack?
And my second doubt is that considering the final part of the pestilent text, if i could somehow cause the red ache disease, the power would trigger?
Thanks

A scarlet spider's bite carries a poison but not a disease. Fecund familiar doesn't change that - it adds a sickened or nauseated condition to damaged enemies that fail their save, but not a disease. Pestilent only triggers when you attack a diseased target. So no, your familiar can't set up the conditions for pestilent to work.
If you could somehow cause someone to be infected by the red ache disease by magic (a spell, spell-like or supernatural ability) then pestilent would work against that person, yes. The last part of the pestilent ability says that if you have a supernatural ability (i.e. one with (Su) after the name; not a spell or SLA) to cause a disease, then pestilent works on any target with the disease, no matter how they got diseased.

You don't get the scarlet spider swarm, you get a scarlet spider as your familiar, with the usual modifications for becoming a familiar plus the fecund familiar changes.
Also that swarm is entirely unofficial - it's from the Tomb of Horrors Complete. It's no surprise that it works differently from Paizo's scarlet spider.
