Can someone please explain to me how Martial Traditions from Spheres work? Be very simple and clear. Thank you.

this should be in the 3rd party rules section. spheres is not paizo's

You basically give up proficiency with all martial / exotic weapons (and cannot gain them from another class) as well as medium/heavy armor to pick a martial tradition and get the 4 spheres it tells you that you gain.
