Is using a Battery a standard or move action?

Rules Questions

Power Sources
An item's capacity can be filled from any power source—like a battery or a generator—as a standard action.

BATTERY
Price 100 gp; Slot none; Weight 1 lb.; Capacity —; Usage —
A battery contains 10 charges when full; to charge an item with a battery, one simply slips the disk-shaped device into the proper slot on the item. The battery's charge instantly fully depletes, and the item's internal capacitors fill with 10 charges as it does so... Inserting or ejecting a battery is a move action.

One source says it is a standard action to recharge an item with a battery, the other says it is a move action to put the battery into a tech item, and it instantly (read: non action) charges the item. Which is it? I was going to run a tech game soon, my first real one, and this is pretty important.

I'd say that the battery's description is the more specific, and thus insertion is a move action.

I haven't used these rules, so I may be wrong here, but I'll take a stab at it. From a cursory reading of the Technology guide, there seems to be a difference between inserting/ejecting a battery (Move Action) and then once it's inserted, allowing that battery to recharge an Item's Capacity (Standard Action).

Most of the Technology Weapons have Capacities of 10, 20, or 30 charges that it can store in its Capacity, and then use 1, 2, or 5 charges to fire. And a single battery looks like it has 10 charges max.

So if a 30 charge weapon is empty, it would go:

Eject dead battery (Move)
Insert fresh battery (Move)
Recharge 10 charges to Item (Standard)
Eject dead battery (Move)
Insert fresh battery (Move)
Recharge 10 charges to Item (Standard)
Eject dead battery (Move)
Insert fresh battery (Move)
Recharge 10 charges to Item (Standard)
Item now has 30 charges and is full Capacity.
