Would you allow magical aging to bring a child up to full grown adulthood? (ala Tom Hanks in Big?)
So far I'm looking at:
- Curse of the Ages (Greater Bestow Curse, spell)
- Khaei (CR3 monstrous humanoid)
- Unguent of Aging (cursed magic item)
I imagine they are all supposed to be curses or damaging... but could they be used on a farm to force age livestock? Or on slaves or monsters?
I imagine if the age shift was too dramatic, monsters might be too immature to be as combat effective as a normal adult.
I was going to include Steal Years (and greater version, spells) but I'm unsure if the age inflicted is just for the duration listed, or if the duration just applies to when you get fatigued afterwards. Do targets regain their youth after the spell's duration (allowing them to be repeated targets for future castings?)

Steal Years is temporary, but has the advantage of being unable to kill.
Unguent of Aging is far too potent for agriculture; at least standard livestock will not survive a sudden 30 years of aging. With alternative livestock that live longer, or with a less potent variant of the Unguent, it'd be a very different story.
Khaei only use their power in desperate self-defense, as they're not particularly cruel creatures; so they'd be unlikely to assist you in this regard.
THAT ALL SAID, I could see a particularly utilitarian / evil group finding a way to use magical aging to create "adult child" soldiers or rapidly produce livestock.

Polymorph any object might work. I don't know if it can make you older (it does not mention that it can). However, turning a human child into a ogre child should be possible and permanent. I don't know if the form will be kept if the creature dies. If it did, it would make making undead a bit more useful.
