Order 36397730: Unable to Redeem Coupon Code

The order has already been placed, but there was no opportunity to redeem my GM Appreciation Day coupon code. Is this because I put it in my side cart?


To save time on back and forth-- If I am able to apply the coupon while in my side cart, please let me know how to. If I cannot, and you are able to apply the discount for me, please do. If you cannot, and I was supposed to order without putting it into my side cart, please cancel the order and I'll reorder.

If I have to make a new order, is there a way to put it into my side cart after payment so that it will ship with my subscriptions this month?

I'm not a customer service person, but I had the same issue. The way you fix this is by having it ship separately from your subscriptions - if you lump it in with your subs, then the website won't allow you to apply the coupon code.

Hi Kaiyu,

Unfortunately, due to the way sidecarts work, we don't have a way to apply discounts to items in them (since they often contain subscription items or products that were submitted outside of the discount time frame), so they would need to ship separately.

If you'd like, I can move the Pathfinder Beginner Box you ordered over to it's own order, manually discount it 20%, and get it submitted for you, but I wanted to check-in and make sure that's what you'd wanted before I did so!

If we did that, will there be any way to make it ship with my subscriptions this month? It if ships separately, I end up spending more on shipping and handling than the 20% discount is worth.

If you can make the order ship with my subscriptions, then yes, please proceed. If you cannot make the order ship with my subscription, then please cancel my order.
