Hi there,
a few questions for you regarding availability of Pathfinder 1st edition at roll20: -
1. Do you plan on releasing any more 1st edition material on roll20?
2. If you are, do you have any release dates or roadmap for these releases?
3. If not, why not? Many Thanks
Magnus
Hi Magnus. Roll20, like all our VTT partners, has access to our full library and make their own choices as to what to release and when. They make there own announcements and we repost them on social media occasionally.

It's a terrible shame. I've got to wonder how many of us are manually reinventing the wheel setting up existing materials. There's got to be lots of wasted man-hours. How much in lost sales, I can't speculate but every time I spend a couple hours uploading a bunch of maps, creating tokens and handouts, I spend that couple hours thinking "how many other people have already done exactly this?"

Hi Aaron, thanks for the update. I initially wrote to the admin team at roll20 to ask why there was so little Pathfinder 1e on their website. they replied: -
"Hi Magnus,
We appreciate you writing in and voicing your interest in having more material from Pathfinder 1e made available on Roll20. At this time, we recommend that you contact the publisher to let them know you would like to see it on Roll20, as it is up to their discretion on what items they'd like to include or update on our platform. Thank you for your inquiry.
Regards,
AE"
so both Paizo and Roll20 are saying it is up to the other party to put stuff on roll20. I am confused :(

Its interesting that Roll20 would say that. Seems incredibly short-sighted. If that really is their official opinion it seems to show a lack of understanding how the gaming industry generally operates. I would be surprised if any other primary publisher (Wizards, etc) spent any time seeking out third-party applications to peddle their products. Its more likely that Roll20 either doesn't have the resources to dedicate to producing a wider range of system support or they don't have enough demand to make it worth their efforts. I would think that D&D5E and PF2E would get most/all of their attention.

From a customer service perspective, my guess would be that a) they get a lot of questions as to why X, Y, or Z isn't available on their platform and b) they likely have different partnerships with different publishers.
Like Aaron said above, they should have access to our catalog (which is pretty substantial in the first place), but I'm not sure what the best way to request certain modules be converted to Roll20 would be. Possibly on their forums?
Either way, I'll also echo what TwilightKnight said: their focus is very likely on newer-released products at the moment.
This is slightly off-topic for this forum, but we also get these questions in our inbox on occasion, so I'm going to leave it here for now.
