Corgi Mount

Can a sprite champion choose a Corgi as their Steed Ally at level 3? Would they need the Corgi Mount feat?

I don’t think that actually works, because of a steed ally being an animal companion and a corgi mount being a familiar.

I've been trying to convince myself that a witch or familiar school wizard can take a Corgi mount but failing (I suspect a great many GMs would allow it but it isn't RAW).

And even a familiar master only gets limited value out of a Corgi.

Well, you could just get a regular old dog animal companion and have that be a larger corgy, though you likely will lose a fair bit of charm once it becomes medium-sized. It really depends on what you are looking for.

My 70lb Labrador/Boxer that started out well under 3lbs does not approve of your subtle suggestion that charm is size-based. :-D LoL
