To whom / where would one report a complaint about a Paizo staff member?

What it says in the headline should suffice, I suppose; I don't want to air any dirty laundry in public (and shame on both all who do so, and on all who actively enable it - but that itself is a complaint far beyond the scope of this post, or indeed this website).

Apologies if this has been asked and/or answered before; if not, it seems like a good candidate for a Sticky/FAQ.

It depends a bit on the persons involved. You can always start with the general customer service email address and/or my own and we can route it to the best person. My team fields questions and feedback of all kinds, including feedback about coworkers, and part of the customer service roles involves discretion and confidentiality. If your complaint is about myself or my team, then you can escalate it directly to my boss (who is also acting as Paizo's HR at the moment as we have not yet rehired for that position). If none of these options work for you, let me know and we can work out something else.

Can you provide specific links/addresses for all the aforementioned individuals (so I don't have to specify which of those would be most appropriate)?

Its a shame Paizo no longer maintains a thorough list of names, titles and email addresses on the "contact us" page
