There is a link to the Character Sheet pdf on the Beginner Box landing page, but not on the more expected Beginner Box product page. You can find that using the top menu
Pathfinder>Beginner Box.

And, of course you can make as many copies as you like of the physical character sheets from the box. If you bought the PDF, then there is a copy of the character sheet there, as well.
