The Whispering Tyrant Stats?

I'm curious if The Whispering Tyrant will have a stat block any time soon. I've looked around and found an adventure path from first edition with stats for him but I wasn't sure if something similar would be coming for second edition.
Alternatively, has anyone seen or created a stat block for him through homebrew?

Oh, hmm. I hadn't thought about it. Where are his stats. Tyrant's Grasp? If it's not too super high level kooky, I might take a crack at it for funsies.

In the Home Brew section, someone made a mythic version for 2E. And both Tar Baphon and Baba Yaga are stated.

Its pretty good.

He's statted up in both Tyrant's Grasp, I think Midwives to Death, specifically, and also Mythic Realms. I can't remember if they changed his stats between the two sources, but they should be pretty close regardless.
