Discussed with a few players and now I'm not sure how to read this feat.
Is it +2 to attack roll, ignore target concealment, AND negate unsteady penalty? Or just ignore concealment and negate unsteady penalty? If it's the latter I'd say this is a waste of a level 8 class feat seeing as you can use 2 actions (aim and fire) to negate unsteady penalty already.

Is that worth it being a level 8 feat compared to the level 2 equivalent in Ranger?
...although to be fair, using that with Expert proficiency as your baseline is going to crit a lot.
Actually, that seems really fun as a build option. Running Reload, Shooter's Aim, fish for those meaty fatal crits.
Their equivalent is Fighter Incredible Aim. Ranger one technically is different because it always require the target to be your prey or it does not work.

My build actually uses smokesticks... "Shooter's Aim" ignores concealment, so I can be concealed and shoot. It's a bit tricky to fit "hide" and reload together with that two action shot, But when it works, it's both very defensive and powerful (+2 to attack, Ignore the -2 to attack, AND -2 to their AC because of the flat foot... Nice)
