Focus hex and Focus cantrips

do these follow the normal rules on focus points? if so Focus cantrips can`t be cast more than your focus points.

Same as the Bard's, Hex Cantrips don't spend your focus points. Focus Spells, on the other hand, they do.

Hex cantrips are special hexes that don't cost Focus Points, so you can cast them as often as you like, though you can still cast only one hex each round.
