Hi everyone,
I've been fiddling with a build Idea the last few days, but am still unsure about a few things. The Idea is a Vampire-esque gish with a focus on, well being a Vampire with blood-related abilities, but not a full caster or martial, but ideally something gish-like. So right now I am eyeing the Cabalist Vigilante Archetype ( https://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/vigilante/archetypes/vigilant e-archetypes-paizo-inc/cabalist ) which seems right up the alley with the fluff, with blood magic and all - and the Idea of the Bruce Wayne by day and Vampire by night/by murdertime in the dungeon intrigues me and fits good into the party/setting.
As far as the race is concerned, dhampir is pretty much a given, and the Racial Paragon Vigilante talent could work quite well with the Dhampir Blood Drain feats. In combat I am imagining something like using the Cunning feint Vig Talent to deny Dex to AC, therefore triggering the Cabalist bleed on my Claws and Bite, ripping targets to bloody shreds. Sounds just as feral and edgy as I imagined my Vampire PC to be.
But I have a few Question that I cannot answer for myself:
First of all, How do I even get Claws ? The Dhampir Feat Unusual Origin gives me a bite as a Primary NA, but I have no clue how to get me some nice claws.
Secondly, with the Cabalist Archetype trading away quite a few Vigilante talents for the Spellcasting, can I make this work as to not be completely underwhelming in Combat ? My party is not the end of all minmaxing, but everyone does optimize quite a bit. I don't know how to get this Character working with these limited resources, which also ties into my last Question:
The Cabalist gains Spellcasting as a Magus, drawing from the witch Spell list. I must admit, my only foray into casting classes thus far has been all kinds of magi, which worked quite straightforward as to how to use Spellcasting and Martial Combat in tandem. I don_t really understand how to use the Spellcasting given effectively while still contributing through martial combat. If someone would be so kind as to illustrate for me how I would utilise this class effectively I would be most grateful. Should the Spellcasting be reserved for out-of combat utility ? Buffs ? Should I let go of the whole Ripping them to shreds thing and pump int and be a second-grade witch ? Or am I overlooking something fundamental ?
Thank you all for bearing with me. I also want to note that english is a second language, so I apologize for any errors.

Getting claws on a dhampir cabalist vigilante isn't something that comes naturally to them. If you're willing to multiclass into shifter or into sorcerer or bloodrager (any of several bloodlines) that will do it, or an amulet of the blooded (abyssal) can provide them, and I suppose if you get a cat familiar or something then the share shape spell can give you cute little cat claws. Oh, and with a ring of spell knowledge III and someone to show it how to cast shadow claws that's an option.
A cabalist vigilante isn't a power option, it's an option for flavour which is more or less workable.

Or Ghoul Bloodline for Claws that paralyze. And at 15, you get this:
Ravenous Frenzy (Ex) you gain the benefits of haste for a number of rounds per day equal to your sorcerer level. These rounds don’t need to be consecutive. Each time you hit a creature with two or more claw attacks during a full attack while affected by this ability, that creature takes 1d4 points of bleed damage.
