Pretty much the title starts off saying this.
The warlock vigilante attacks with mystic bolts as though they were light one-handed weapons, and the bolts can be used for two-weapon fighting (with each hand creating one mystic bolt) and feats and abilities that apply to weapon attacks (unless they’re excluded from that feat, such as with Power Attack). Weapon Focus (ray) doesn’t apply to mystic bolts, but a warlock can take Weapon Focus (mystic bolt) and apply it to both melee and ranged mystic bolts.
But then says this
Abilities that affect all weapon attacks the warlock makes, such as the arcane striker warlock talent, function with mystic bolts.
So....wth?

When using Weapon Finesse to make a melee attack using his Dexterity bonus on attack rolls and his Strength bonus on damage rolls
Lethal grace doesn’t affect “all weapon attacks”. Just melee attacks of a specific kind.
Unfortunately, it’s unclear if the attacks use your strength modifier for damage as lethal grace requires, unless there is extra text I missed.

Honestly it might not even matter since I'm probably gonna want weapon finesse anyway

I’m honestly curious if the mystic bolt attacks use your strength modifier for damage. I don’t feel like that was the intention, but can’t find any reason to think you don’t.
Kinetic blade is similar and has specific text to not apply the strength modifier for damage.
It’s a light weapon and:
Light: A light weapon is used in one hand. It is easier to use in one's off hand than a one-handed weapon is, and can be used while grappling (see Combat). Add the wielder's Strength modifier to damage rolls for melee attacks with a light weapon if it's used in the primary hand, or half the wielder's Strength bonus if it's used in the off hand. Using two hands to wield a light weapon gives no advantage on damage; the Strength bonus applies as though the weapon were held in the wielder's primary hand only.
So without text to exclude it, it should be adding strength modifiers to damage rolls.
