I have posted two separate entries, one on 12/14 and one on 12/20. Both have gone unanswered. Has customer service completely shut down?
No, but they are still very heavily overloaded.
In your specific case, it may well be a technical, IT issue. As such I’d suggest also posting it in the website feedback forum - it’s an unfortunate name, but it’s the place for all “computer glitches” as opposed to issues with specific orders.
The technical team monitor that website subforum but don’t tend to read this one.
