Does Spirit Rush work on Constructs and / or Undead

Spirit Rush

So typically constructs are immune to positive energy healing, and undead harmed by it, but this says nothing about it being positive energy, nor does it say anything about it only working on living creatures. It would be kinda cool if it worked.

And before anyone says it has Cure Serious Wounds in the requirements, the actual effect of the item says absolutely nothing about it functioning as such, so it does not function as that spell. That is both RAW and RAI.

Most constructs can't drink (it's part of 'don't eat'). It's not a potion of healing applied to the wounds either.

BTW what's your source for RAI?
