Open forum ticket since Nov 9th with no updates from CS

Hey Paizo folks, I've had an open forum ticket since Nov 9th with no updates from CS. I've also sent an email to CS about the issue. I understand the backlog you guys are facing, but I also see tons of more recent issues/posts that are being addressed and completed. Did my ticket/issue get skipped, are tickets not being addressed in a oldest to newest order?

They definitely are not, my post from Nov 3rd regarding a mispacked item in my order still hasn't been addressed.
