Today I placed and paid for an order that was all digital items.
One of the items FlipMat Classics: Hill Country PDF, did not display the Black Friday discount on the store page.
After I checked out, the total I was charged did not include any discount for that product. I was charged full price. $10.49
Assumption A.
2020 Black Friday PDF sale 25% off all Paizo PDFs from November 25th - 30th, 2020.
I was expecting a 25% discount on that product.
Assumption B
Even if, for some unknown reason, the Black Friday PDF discount did not apply to that item, I still expected my Paizo Advantage discount to apply.
Could someone please correct the error (whichever one it was) and apply the refund as store credit?
