Is there any way at Legendary to Trip Gargantuan creatures? Or are Halflings doomed to max out vs Huge enemies?
Titan Wrestler by itself won't get you there, but there's always enlarge.
Depending on your interpretation of the feat, the fighter's Improved Knockdown might be able to ignore the size limitation of Trip.
