Hello all, I was trying to build a Brawling Blademaster and was curious how Harmonious Flow and Improved Two-Weapon Fighting or Greater Two-Weapon Fighting worked together? It seems to me that you only take the -5 and then the -10 but I could also see how it'd be a -3 and a -8 instead.
Prerequisites: Dex 17, Two-Weapon Fighting, base attack bonus +6.
Benefit: In addition to the standard single extra attack you get with an off-hand weapon, you get a second attack with it, albeit at a –5 penalty.
Normal: Without this feat, you can only get a single extra attack with an off-hand weapon.
Prerequisites: Dex 19, Improved Two-Weapon Fighting, Two-Weapon Fighting, base attack bonus +11.
Benefit: You get a third attack with your off-hand weapon, albeit at a –10 penalty.
Thank you!

TWF (the rule option) imposes a -6/-10 penalty, or -4/-8 if the off-hand weapon is light (the TWF feat reduces these penalties by -2/-6, for a total of -4/-4 or -2/-2 (light OH)). That is the TWF penalty, and it applies to all attacks made as part of the full-attack action used. This is the only penalty Harmonious Flow affects.
The -5 and -10 are seperate penalties, and they are in addition to any TWF penalty.
