Whatever you folks did to get caught up with the CS forum posts, I salute you.

It was disheartening for me (and I'm sure for you as well) to track the ever-lengthening backlog. Especially when the phones were shut off and the email backlog seemed to be even worse.

Since I'm desperately looking for good news and things to celebrate these days, thanks for an excuse.

Well said, Crystal Seas. It was a phenomenal achievement, under the circumstances.

It will be good to see the impact of the three new hires begin to show up and hopefully bring some relief to the oldtimers. :)
