I was complaigning that the spellcasters was underpowered in second edition , but i think i was wrong. When playing , i aways allow the free arquetype variant rule.
So, the build is...
Elf Wizard ( universalist ) - (Free archetype) Sorcerer( dragon )/Halcyon Speaker (primal).
What do you think?
Sorry for my bad english

Looks like a "Quantity over Quality" kind of build.
If you mostly want more spell slots, I'd go Arcane Witch instead of Sorcerer. Saves you a bunch of ability boots in Charisma. The free Familiar is also nice and you can easily get a nice low level Hex like Life Boost.
Do note that there's such a thing as having TOO many spells. In the end, you'll mostly use the top level spells in combat anyway and you probably won't be able to fill 8 slots of any given lower level with useful utility. So you might want to drop one of the spellcasting archetypes for someting else or focus more on the feats of your main class.
One thing I'm personally fond of for a Wizard is Alchemist Dedication once you hit double digit levels. It provides tons of out of combat healing and many Elixirs can be used instead of utility or buff spells. Darkvision Elixirs instead of Darkvision, Mistform Elixir instead of Blur, Cheetah's Elixir instead of Longstrider and so on. Getting the Dedication at level 9 via Multitalented is nice since you can then upgrade to Expert and Master at levels 10 and 12 so you're not stuck with low level stuff fora long tim.

Sorcerer is definitely very interesting for a Wizard for Dangerous Sorcery only. In my opinion, it's a must have and when I design a Wizard I give it the dedication by default (so I need a reason not to take it instead of a reason to take it).
If I wanted Dangerous Sorcery so badly, I'd personally go Sorcerer > Wizard instead. Having spontaneous casts of your bread and butter spells and a flexible selection of "lesser" spells for utility and buffs works much better than the other was around.
That and most Wizard feats are plain boring. I'd be hard pressed to actually play one without HEAVY use of multiclassing or other archetypes.

I don't see the point of Wizard Dedication when playing a Sorcerer. There are no interesting feats in the Wizard low levels that are not on the Sorcerer's. Getting a few low level extra spells is half useless.
But I clearly see the point of going Wizard + Sorcerer Dedication. Spell Blender for an atrocious number of high level spells, and Dangerous Sorcery (mostly) as it's just way to good to be ignored (and Wizard low level feats are not incredible anyway).
