Dual Wiedling Advice weapon and Stats

Advice

I have a character who will be Dual wielding (POW warder) Human

I felt the question was better place here as it's more about stats and weapons

I want to Dual Wield some form of Axes (Want something Differnt than my go to Katana)

And this goes in the 2nd question.

Is there a way to finesse Some sort of Axes or should I really on My characters Strength To land hits

How should I do My Stats with a 20 point array at level 9

Need INT as some class features go off it. Have D12 hit die and need Some strength. I'm not allowed to wear heavy or medium ARMOR so some Dex to would be nice.

There's light axes. A hand axe, or there's a dwarven version which is exotic for non-dwarves. If playing with PoW I'd be OK with using a couple of hand axes with deadly agility when doing TWF.

If you're starting at L9 then an elf or sylph might start with Str 10, Dex 16+2race+2level=20, Con 14-2race=12, Int 14+2race=16, Wis 12, Cha 8 without hard minmaxing.

Going human (for Story reasos)

Weapon will be Claws like Katars

What would be a good feat set up?

If human then probably use those stats before racial mods and add the +2 to Dex. 14 Int before items is OK?

Assuming that whatever claws you're using are light martial weapons & your warder is a dervish defender then this might work for you

Spoiler:
1: weapon finesse
Human: deadly agility
Dervish defender 1: TWF
3: combat reflexes
Warder 3: thrashing dragon style
5: seize the opportunity (PoW feat: make a strike as an AoO)
7: Imp TWF
Warder 8: thrashing dragon pounce
9: lunge

If you're going for the dragon fury PrC - I found your other post - then obviously you need to meet the prereqs, and you won't get the L8 warder bonus feat. So I guess maybe this instead assuming DD warder 6 / dragon fury 3:

Spoiler:
1: weapon finesse
Human: deadly agility
Dervish defender 1: TWF
3: discipline focus (thrashing dragon)
Warder 3: thrashing dragon style
5: extra readied maneuver
7: Imp TWF
Dragon fury 1 (L7): power attack
9: thrashing dragon pounce
