The unlucky aura is even more powerful than an ancient dragon one because it is permanent.

I'd go with something different, because even 1 free missfortune effect by default would be op ( check the catfolk heritage and how its missfortune effect works, to make a comparison for what concerns lvl, targets, action requirement and so on ).

ps: you also forgot to put the aura radius.

It's based off the actual Pugwampi's and affectes allies, too. Also, added 20-foot range.
