Good Day,

Can I enquire about the correct method to begin a discussion with a Paizo individual on the subject of selling Pathfinder 2e Compatible PDFs through Paizo.com?

I have emailed consignments(AT)paizo.com on two occasions, 27th May and 30th July, but did not receive a response to either email.

I understand that you a busy and that you may perhaps have understandable issues the remote working, and I have patiently waited for my first email to be well outside of the customer service where we are up-to window, so I suspect now that I am using an incorrect email address or the wrong approach.

(I was also unsure if this was the right forum, or if I should post in customer service or website feedback)

Given the severe stress the company is under currently just with trying to keep up with their current sales and shipping levels, I'm not surprised that they are in no hurry to add new vendors to their store.

I agree that customer service and website feedback are not the appropriate forums, and this is most likely the best place to post.

I don't think your expectations are unreasonable, either. But reality seems to be different than that.

If you sent the email to the customer service department you are probably looking at a minimum of six weeks before they get to it and even then may not reply as it is not their area of concern. If you open the Paizo home page and scroll all the way to the bottom and select the "Contact Us" link, it provides email addresses to some of the specific departments within Paizo Publishing. You might want to try General Inquiries or Licensing under the Marketing header or even better, the Consignment option under the Paizo.com header. Good luck

I did not email customer service, I already followed the addresses/links you suggested to email consignment (consignment(AT)paizo.com) already, in May and July - I have, as yet, received no response.

I'm in the same boat; I initially enquired in January and got a form to fill in, but haven't had any response despite follow-up emails to Consignments. Like you, I realise they're busy, but I've been trying to sort this out for almost a full year now.
