The Hazard spell says it has a duration of 1 round. I'm hazy on the spell effect rules, does this mean the enemies in the area have to make a save when it's cast and again on their turn?

The duration of hazard should be instantaneous (creatures attempt a save when it's cast). FAQ updated!
