Liberty's Edge

The fighter normally has three attacks, with penalties of 0/-5/-10. If I cast Haste on him, he gets four attacks. What penalties apply to those attacks?

0/-5/-10/-10/-10/-10/etc...

The MAP caps out at -10 (or -8 for agile weapons).
