With a Greater striking rune with the Grievous enchantment on a Greatpick, would the damage from a critical be (assuming 18 Str) 7D12 (crit)+8(Str 2x)+12 (Grievous)?

Yes.
Well, assuming your group plays with double dice rolls on a crit instead of doubled results.
Otherwise it would be (3d12+4)*2 + 1d12 + 12 but the result is basically the same.
