Which of these 2 paths would you say is overall better?

So I would like to ask between these 2 ideas which do you think is overall more efficient serrans masterstroke+vital strike or dirty trick+sense vitals?
The reason I'm asking is because while the latter does more damage it requires a bit more set up then I would like compared to the other

Dirty trick is less likely to encounter enemies which can't be affected/have penalties to affect than a feint is, though it isn't impossible. DT can reduce an enemies offence as well as its defence.

Also if this is on the dandy ranger you can have a useful DT earlier than a useful feint. If you're starting at 7th+ level that isn't an issue.
