The Bastion allows you the option to pick up the quick shield block feat which has the pre-requisite reactive shield which it doesn't offer as a feat choice.
Which means to make use of the feat I believe you would have to be mutli-classed into fighter to pick it up.
This seems wrong to me so I thought I would ask around ?
Bastion Dedication feat gives you the Reactive shield Feat and it even staes that it counts as having the normal reactive shield feat for all prerequisits.
